Pronto Promo is a Pakistan based company that specializes in the manufacturing of Retail Displays and POP Branding Solutions such as stands, racks, floor displays, cash counter displays, wall hanging displays, ceiling displays, multipurpose customized dispensers, outdoor and indoor kiosks, availability signs, fascias and many more. Pronto provides various services that include Designing, Prototyping, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transportation and Installation.

Describe the work that you do in your role

Providing all kinds of Below the Line (BTL), Trade and Point of Purchase (POP) advertising services to numerous clients of various industries.
Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising tactics implementation.
Liaising with, and acting as a link between the client and all printing & production department by maintaining regular contact with all, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
Sharing all survey outcomes, cost estimation, artworks, technicalities, adaptations and execution time lines to clients in compliance of their marketing intentions and budgets.
Understanding the kinds, shapes, attributes and utilization of all advertising modes and Medias used in outdoor and retail advertising.
To build & maintain profitable, long-term client relationships.
To provide Merchandising/Activation services to various clients.
To prepare & manage marketing/advertising budgets for BTL, POP and various activation projects for several clients.

Successfully launched Consumer Brand, and looked after all Media & Marketing Campaigns for 3 Years as Brand Executive in ALI AKBAR GROUP.
Strategically involved in ATL & BTL programs for Brand.
Managed agencies & vendors related to Media & Marketing Services.
Conducted several researches and Brand Tracking..
Managed several exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences to promote brand.
Successfully ensured the merchandising & promotional material on 200 plus store nationwide at time of Brand Launch.

Describe your success in your professional life and achievements

Being a marketing professional, i have gained an extensive experience of Brand/Marketing/Trade while working in eminent National companies. Successfully launched consumer insecticide brand and providing different POP, Trade Marketing, and Merchandising tools to various clients. By taking new marketing tactics and creative ideas that helped Brand and several clients to gain awareness and productivity. Initiated different motivation and new marketing programs on both positions (Brand Executive, Asst Manager Merchandising & Sales), that helped sales team to better perform and better understand brand philosophy. Also suggested several new Trade Marketing tools that made their Activation a success.
