DH Fertilizers Limited (DHFL) is a urea fertilizer manufacturing and marketing concern. The urea manufacturing facility was established in 1968 as a joint venture with Hercules Chemicals Inc. of the USA. The 445 Kt urea plant is located in Sheikhupura, Punjab.

DH Fertilizers manufactures and markets urea under the brand name "Bubber Sher". Bubber Sher has consistently delivered quality and value for more than 35 years and today it is recognized as a household name for farmers and agriculturists.

Describe the work that you do in your role

• Supervise all the sales and distribution operational activities.
• Develop marketing and sales strategies/plans.
• Analyze local/international industry data & prepare reports on fertilizer industry & market.
• Consolidate & analyze sales team performance KPI’s including sales call plans & field staff expenses.
• Support marketing team by providing sales, production & inventory data analysis on monthly basis.
• Prepare departmental budget & monitoring actual spent against allocated budget.
• Assist Business Development Manager in data collection, analysis, & opportunity assessment.
• Plan, coordinate & contribute in marketing research activities to identify customer preferences.
• Consolidate & analyze customer feedback surveys conducted on a six monthly basis.
• Organize & conduct training needs analysis for entire department.
• Plan & coordinate with A & SP department in execution of advertising & promotional activities.
• Provide support on execution of 6 month/annual internal and external audit of department.
• Respond to customer’s queries regarding product quality & services in lieu of relevant TM/DM.
• Manage departmental administrative tasks.

• Dealing with customers regarding pre and post product issues & queries.

• 2013 - Execute the ERP system successfully with in time line in sales department.
• 2012 - Nominated as internal auditor for ISO-9001 after clearing internal audit exam conducted by DHFL.
• 2012 - As focal point for cost curtailment project, provided plan to save around Rs. 5.6 Mil
• 2011 - Secured promotion of grade based on outstanding performance.
• 2010 – Recognized by department head for execution of record year-end shipment with no pending orders.
