I work at University of Wisconsin Madison. It is among the top 20 universities in US. It is especially famous for its research contribution. It is also called a public IVY league university. There are roughly 45,000 or more students which study here.
I am a lecturer in the department of Languages & Cultures of Asia. I was responsible for teaching at four different levels. The courses I was responsible for were at three hundred level, four hundred, five hundred and six hundred level.
I started working at Lahore School of Economics right after I graduated from UMT. I worked there for four years. After that I got Fulbright scholarship and went to USA. There as a Fulbright fellow I taught and studied at Michigan State University. After its completion I came back and got an offer from University of Wisconsin Madison.
Describe your success in your professional life and achievements
Working in an American university is challenging. The standards are very high and one has to work extremely hard to fulfill them. I am glad that I have not only fulfilled those rather have exceeded some of them which my program head shared with me in writing.
Write your activities and achievement if you were member of any club or society in UMT?
I was part of UMT dramatic club. I was awarded Rector Medal for academic success.
What do you remember about your time in ILM / IMT /UMT?
I remember a lot but I think I remember my teachers most who made me what I am.
