1. Preparing and implementing marketing plans.
2. Devising strategies to grow, fund raising and for specific projects.
3. Benchmarks the organization’s current marketing activities, performance and investment against industry best practices, and through gap analysis, develops a roadmap for improvements and for undertaking necessary changes.
4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to build the brand and its awareness.
5. Oversee, guide and led marketing team to achieve the set goals of the organization.
6. Develop, increase & implementation of fund raising strategies.
7. Directs, manage and allocate marketing resources money and people.
8. Planning devising and implementing social media activities, Ads and campaigns i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, You Tube.
9. Manage and make sure the smooth flow of organization operations.
10. Manage the efficient and effective utilization of human resources
