TAMEER is a Microfinance bank managed by a group of highly experienced bankers committed to go where no (commercial) bank has gone before. It is a private commercial Microfinance bank licensed by the State Bank of Pakistan under the Microfinance Ordnance 2001.

Tameer in November 2008 entered into an agreement with Telenor Pakistan who acquired 51 per cent of the shares in Tameer Microfinance Bank.
The acquisition of 51 per cent of the shares in Tameer Microfinance Bank is part of strategy to offer financial services in Pakistan.
The is a Mid-Level managerial position that acts as a center point between the employees and the management.In this role I am managing Regional HR Team and oversee following HR functions:
- People's policy translation and implementation
- Advise on policy amendment / new policy development
- Recruitment & selection
- Performance management (including annual appraisals)
- Employee grievance management
- Corporate employees event management
- Training of staff
- New process development / improvement in existing processes
Describe your success in your professional life and achievements
I started my career as HR Executive from Descon Engineering Limited in 2007 than I joined Tameer Bank as Assistant Manager HR in early 2010. I have been promoted to Manager HR and now Regional Manager HR position. I believe in continuous learning and upgrading one's skills for enhanced performance and career growth. That is how I have generally worked throughout my career and I promote this culture in organizations I work for.

University of Management & Technology is a great place to earn your higher education degree. What i really like about the university is the diversity in the students background as students from all over Pakistan / overseas come here for studies. This provides students a great opportunity to learn cultural diversity that really helps them at their work place.
