Adsells group of companies, we are major in ATL activities and also now we start in BTL activity with the name of Brand Act.

Describe the work that you do in your role

• Forward contracts for assigned clients to appropriate salesperson.
• Confirm scheduled dates and resolve any date conflicts from assigned clients.
• Contact client with introduction to job specifications, and material due-dates.
• Traffic ad jobs as they come in from various clients. Send job previews and follow-up reminders to clients as necessary.
• Answer any client questions regarding scheduling, due dates and reporting etc.
• Follow-up on monthly reports at the beginning of each month. Create reports as required by clients.
• Manage multiple concurrent campaigns by analyzing performance and making strategic business and technical recommendations for continued improvement.
• Collaborate with executives and technical team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client's expectations.
• Lead large, strategic advertiser, agency, and channel partner accounts through superior verbal and written communications.
• Provide implementation training, consulting services and best practices to clients.
• Work with business leaders to develop strategy on campaign best practices, operational initiatives and product features.

• Develop strong relationships with assigned clients or companies. Expand the Enterprise client database through market research.
• Determine customer’s recruitment needs, and to improve services that address these needs.
• Give presentations and demonstrations to clients in order to handle objections and convince customers.
• Getting the work done from the internal works and regional representatives of Ad-Innovation by following up and removing the hurdles in completion the particular task
• Dealing Unilever, Nestle, PEL, PEPSI, ABL and KFC as major clients in all over Pakistan.
• Experience in handling the different merchandizing materiel like AVH signs, vinyl, Van Branding, Shop Fascia and One Way Vision activities on the shops and Banks in entire Punjab region.
• Currently looking after the Unilever BTL activity in all over Lahore. In this we have covered the Major 6 Distributions of Unilever with different branding materials and along with that a Free Sampling Activity.
